Empowerment for the Poor-Uganda (EFPU)

Empowerment for the Poor-Uganda (EFPU) is a Non-Governmental Organization fully registered by the Uganda NGO Registration Bureau with Registration Number: INDR110972420NB. URSB Number: 80020002753519 committed to a rights-based approach to community development.

Who We Are

EFPU empowers communities to reduce unemployment through establishing social enterprises promoting life skills development and youth mentorship, bridge the digital divide through promotion of digital technology skills for advancement of businesses, job creation, health and education benefits to community members, We promote formal, informal, accelerated and literacy education among unprivileged and vulnerable communities, promote critical health interventions that address community health needs, improve agriculture value chain, engage in strategic partnerships and collaboration for the development of the community as well as carrying out research for development.
